For the purpose of this document, anyone visiting the site will be referred to as User(s). Anyone posting in the blog will be referred to as Contributor(s). Any use of this website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (herein referred to as "Terms and Conditions"). By using this webiste you are bound by the terms and conditions:
  1. The website information is free to view by users and can only be used for lawful purposes.
  2. Use of the website is voluntary.

You agree to indemnify and hold BiG in Dallas Business Directory, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through this site, your use of this site, your connection to this site, your violation of the rules, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
  4. The application that the site runs on is made by a third party and we make no guarantee and warranty to the funcationality. The site will be used as is.
  5. While we make our best effort to edit and review each and every listing, we make no guarantee on quality, accuracy or reliability for any advertising endorsement or listing information provided by third parties. In no event shall Affiliate Summit be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss or use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, or under any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use, communication, or transmission of this information.
  6. While we make our best effort to maintain and periodically review listings, we have no control over content that may be on any of the external sites.
  7. We reserve the right to place advertising on any and/or all website pages.
  8. Contributors who sign up to post in the blog area will have a username and password. Contributors are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of username and password. You as the contributor are solely responsible for the use of your account.
  9. Contributors also must follow the terms and agreements and not post anything that do not follow these terms.
  10. Contributors must acknowledge and understand that not all post will be published. Only those approved by the editor will be published.
  11. BiG in Dallas Business Directory reserves the right to delete or edit any post by any Contributors at anytime without any notice.
  12. BiG in Dallas Business Directory reserves the right to delete or ban any user for any reason.
  13. Acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

You can view BiG in Dallas Business Directory, browse the categories and blogs without the need to provide us with any information. There are features on the site which collects IP addresses. The server we use which may be hosted by a third party hosting provider may also collect information such as IP addresses and activities performed during the visit.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Users who decide to list their sites will be required to provide some information such as name and email address. We do not share these personal information with third parties and is only used for our network of sites for notifications and features. Our hosting provider and contractors who may work on our site for enhancement may have access to the personal information.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND LISTINGS:

Subscriptions for listing reviews and permanent listing reviews are paid through PayPal services. Your payment information is sent to and will be handled by PayPal.

INFORMATION USAGE:

The information we collect are used to give users the best online experience. IP addresses are used for features such as POWERLINK and voting. It is also used in order for us to distinguish and ban spammers. Personal information is used when users make a submission or used one of our contact methods. We use this information to inform users of submissions, removal, payment notice and approval of listings.

Listing Policy and Listing Agreements

BiG in Dallas Business Directory will NOT accept the following:
  1. Site that contain hacking, cracking, warez, gambling, pornography, escort services, strippers, and anything else adult oriented and not suitable for young viewers
  2. Site that contains illegal material
  3. Site that is under construction
  4. Site that load slow or that is unavailable during review
  5. Site that has broken links
  6. Site that is poor in design, layout, and usability
  7. Site that contains all or mostly advertisements or contaning annoying advertisement methods
  8. Site that is NOT in English
BiG in Dallas Business Directory will not consider any listings that do not follow these terms and agreements:
  1. All submissions are subject to editor evaluation to ensure that the directory will be high in quality. Not all websites submitted will be guaranteed a listing, including paid listings.
  2. BiG in Dallas Business Directory reserves the right to decline a site that does not follow these policy, terms and agreements
  3. Refund will be given to those who followed the terms and if listing is rejected for other reasons. No refund will be issued for already accepted listings.
  4. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime prior to the subsequent due date using PayPal services. Refund will not be issued for failure to cancel prior to next subscription renewel date.
  5. If a site fails to comply with the Listing Policy and Agreements after acceptance, BiG in Dallas Business Directory reserves the right to remove the listing and no refund will be issued in this case.
  6. BiG in Dallas Business Directory reserves the right not to give reasons for rejection or removal.
  7. We reserves the right to remove, move and cancel any listings at any time.
  8. BiG in Dallas Business Directory reserves the right to make edits to listing including title, category, description, URL, and any other listing info at any time.
  9. You understand that if you encounter any problems or have any queries which you want answered you may contact BiG in Dallas Business Directory using the contact form.
  10. You must use proper spelling and grammar on your title. Do not use inappropriate upper-case letters to attract visitors. Use accurate description for site title. Do not stuff it with keywords.
  11. You understand that all paid listing and sponsorships are for placement/position and brand recoginition. All approved directory listings will include FREE details page with location information, link to website, phone number, short description, long description, image of website(if available) and map to location (if address is available). All banner/text sponsorship include a FREE link to the website or detail page of a directory listing.
  12. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms, features, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
  13. Subscription listings or sponsorships will be able to lock down pricing if payment continues without cancellation or interuption.
